You might still be in school and thinking about your future or maybe you’re already in work and dreaming of a degree. Either way, it doesn’t matter if you’re 18 or 58; as long as you’ve got charisma, drive and entrepreneurial flair then we want to hear from you.
You'll also have good A-Levels or equivalent, an appreciation of excellent customer service, strong attention to detail and possibly a dollop of work experience. But above all, you'll have the leadership potential to inspire a team to succeed.
You must also have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom on an ongoing basis and you will be asked to provide documentary proof of your entitlement.

Employment contract
If you are successful and complete the degree, you'll be agreeing to take up a position at Barclays when you graduate. If you leave employment with Barclays within three years of graduating, you'll be expected to repay a portion of the sponsorship money. If you leave in the first year after graduating, you'll have to repay £6000; if you leave in the second year after graduating, you'll have to repay £4000; and if you leave in the third year after graduating, you'll have to repay £2000.
